Farrell's 10-Week Session

Make this year your best year by enrolling in our Farrell's 10-week fitness challenge. Boost your energy and confidence with our easy-to-follow program that will transform you both inside and out!

Our unique group fitness program includes a full-body workout that’s designed for all ages and fitness levels. Add muscle, lose body fat and transform your body and mind through cardio kickboxing, strength training, nutrition guidance and member accountability in a fun, supportive and encouraging environment.


Our 10-Week Session includes:  

60 Instructor-led Kickboxing and Strength Training classes
Accountability for workouts and nutrition
A small, supportive team with a coach
Boxing gloves and wraps
Student manual with lots of tips and additional resources
3 Fitness evaluations
Before and after photos
Nutrition coaching with food log review and nutrition classes
Entry into $1,000 biggest transformation contest
Supportive and encouraging environment

I joined Farrell's for the spring session of 2015 because I was not making my health a priority. Working full time and earning my MBA degree, I felt as if i had no time to work out. I needed a gym that provided me the how, and challenged me each time I stepped onto the mat. I found Farrell's kickboxing and strength training classes did just that!


During my 10 week challenge, I only missed one class. I gained confidence and strength that i use every day. Shortly after I completed my 10 weeks, I became a coach, and soon after that, I became an instructor. Now I am excited to bring Farrell's to the Mankato community!


Health, fitness, and nutrition have always been a major part of my life. I have completed several half and full marathons and most recently, completed my first Tough Mudder, which was in Colorado with my Farrell's family.


Farrell's cardio kickboxing, strength training, and nutrition program continues to change many lives and I want to be a part of it!

I'm halfway through and I've seen incredible results that really keep me motivated! Inches lost, weight and body fat gone, I'm stronger, my cravings are gone, I can fit into my old clothes again and I feel GREAT! I've already enrolled to be a FIT member so I can continue my journey of health and happiness.
